How to relieve stress ?
I'm 13 years old and I stress tons , I hate stead because I don't feel well . When ever I stress Im usually at school some times at home . But when ever I stress I stress about throwing up or getting a stomach ache or be nascious . And when ever I stress about these things I start to feel like it ....

When ever I think I'm going to throw up I feel nascious and then I stress on it , it feels worse. But when ever I don't think about it I don't feel like it anymore . Is there any solutions that will help ? Plz help !
