lump on finger from writing

My middle finger has this lump near the nail, which has been there for the past ten years or so, and I am convinced it is from holding a pen so much when I was in college and writing so much. Is there anything I can do to make it go away now? It looks horrible.

Electrolyte count relevant for Raynaud

I have been experiencing some symptoms that point to Raynaud’s phenomenon, or so I think. When I went to my doctors' practice with this, they suggested I get blood work done for electrolyte count. Is this at all relevant to Raynaud’s phenomenon? Because it sounded strange to me.
