cellulitis prevalence

Hi, guys. My sister in law has been diagnosed with cellulitis. I know that this is an inflammation of dermis and hypodermis. It does not affect muscle, fascia or other deeper tissues. I would like to know something more about its prevalence. I would appreciate if anyone knew this piece of info.
