Hi i was wondering if some one could help with my problem... I am a 31 year old and for the past month or more my breast have been quite sore even around my nipples ...I have be fixed i ahd the clamp put in about 5 years ago so i am curious to know why they are so sore all the time i know i couldnt...

Unprotected sex during the period!
