exercising after surgery
I had a hemorroidectomy 4-4-2008, and have been given the ok to exercise again. Has anyone experienced pain after starting to exercise again. I did the treadmill for about an hour (just walking), but now I feel like I have hemroids again. Any suggestions?

Spots around genitals
For a few days ive had reddish spots come up around where i shave above the penis. when i sqeeze them a white puss comes out, like a whitehead on the face. it then bleeds. they seem 2 show up more after a shower. i shave the area frequently. any ideas?

I have prolonged period
