Lab Band Surgery
I had the lab band surgery done on March 31 and I have only lost a total of 9 lbs. Plus I have to go to the doctor twice a month to get it adjust so I don't get hungery. Can anyone who has had it done give me any suggestions as to what should I be doing? or any tips would be helpful. Thanks!!!
