I am a married male over the age of 50. health is good. no prostrate problems. Recently my orgasims have become more instense. Not pain full but on the verge of " blowing the staem out the top of my head" Urination is ok. No dribbles. Is this a sign of old age or should i get it checked out

when do i start my birth control
I am using ortho tri-cyclon and the instructions say to start on the Sunday after the first day of menstration. Does it matter if I start the Monday after instead of the Sunday? I don't see what the difference would be as long as you are consistant with the pills and take them in order.
