Light brown discharge 6 weeks after surgical abortion?

I had a surgical abortion at 9 weeks and the surgical procedure (abortion). I'm on Leoestrin now & started taking it a week after the procedure. I also had a yeast infection. Now, 6 weeks later, I have light brown discharge for a couple days! What is going on?

I was 4 and a half month pregnant when i had my abortion in the month of jan12 i had a medical abortion done and it was very painful so i did not let the doctor clean my placenta but till now i get my periods as usual. i am afraid of going back to the doctors because of the pain
