My lower abdomen is not getting back to its normal size

I had undergone an abortion on 15 march..den i had my regular periods on 15 april...but my lower abdomen is not getting back to its normal size..as it was before..m little tensed..i also had undergone ultrasound..everything is ok..den vy is this problem sustaining plz help me ????
