I have this little tiny red circle like pimple but dont have any inside but sometimes itchy and if i will put ointment for allergy they're gone but tjen again it will appeared i am tired of putting the ointment because it turns brown and its not good to see in my face

I'm glad these others with the same problem. I have been getting them for the last 3 years. I keep the area clean shower everyday in warm water. I have tried everything and nothing is helping. I hate what my butt looks like it's disgusting I've looked in the mirror and its all dark brown spots...
