I got this pimple like thing on my neck right behind my left ear. It was there for about 3 weeks but I guess I just didn't think anything of it. Then one day I woke up with a marble sized hard lump on my neck a little bit lower. It took me a day just to realize they were connected since I kind of forgot about the pimple, it's behind me ear out of sight out of mind. Anyways now there's two lumps and they hurt all the time. Every move they hurt and they are sensitive to the touch. However the pimple like thing is starting to look better. It's like the better it gets the worse the lumps get. What should I do?
