methadose + morphine

My wife's doctor gave her a prescription for methadose and one for morphine on June 8. On June 11 I found her dead in bed. Is it common to prescribe these two meds together?? I have heard absolutely not that they are lethal but haven't been able to find any definate answers.

switching from oxycontin to suboxon

i am currently taking 3-5 80mg. oxycontins per day. I now want to get off them but after apprx. 10 hrs. i start having bad withdrawls. So i thought i would try taking suboxon to help me detox. how long must i wait from my last oxy. before i can start taking suboxon? please help!!!!!!
