CIPLOX 500 mg and weight gain

I was steadily losing weight by diet control and walking. last week I had to take Ciplox 500 mg due to toothache.ince then I am not loosing weight but gained about 3 pounds. My question is that has intake of Ciplox resulted in weight gain. My diet is ame for last 15 days

My pain DR. will be doing random urine tests to make sure I don't abuse or have anything other than the percocet in my system,I didn't tell her I do methadose and I signed a contract. will the methadose come up as an opiate?
