i was addicted to painkillers for 3 years and now am off of them and taking suboxone. i found out that i need to get my wisdom teeth out and dont know what i can take for the pain since i dont want to take painkillers that i could relapse on. any suggestions?

Does anyone know the implecations (or tolls your body suffers) by taking Hydrocodone (w/o acetamedaphine) in increased dosage? I am currently @ 30mg x 5 a day for chronic back pain. Does this cause liver damage? Kidney? Any known studies of long term effects? I have been on this for 3 years now...
