Duromine and Codeine? Is it ok??

Hi, Ive been taking Duromine 40 for about 4 months and lost about 21kg. I have also been given panadol Forte to help alieviate the pain in my knee at night from the exercise I am doing. Wll these drugs couase many long term damage. I am now taking coversyl 5mg for blood pressure.
