Cipralex Anti depressant

I was prescribed Cipralex for depression. Today was the first day I took it. I now feel nauseous I measured my blood pressure and it was 135/91 and my heart rate became faster. with dry mouth and overall fatigue. should I worry about that or this is normal ?And I won't absolutely take it again.
