I have been on Lexapro for about  5 months. I was taking 20mg. With my doctor's permission I am weaning myself off of it. He told me I could break the pill in half and take half of it.

I got a little nervous the first day, and cut it back it back to 15 mg. I am now finishing my first week. Other than a little more anxiety, I am doing ok.

When should I do the next reduction? How much should this reduction be?
