Efexxor side effects--sweating

I get so hot when I get anywhere even close to a heat source. Any warm air,a car before the air is turned on,cooking,then just out of the blue. Mostly it's from the chest up but my hair is soaked. I get dis-oriented and faint feeling. What is causing this ?
