taking only the first dose of antibiotic for cough, is it ok to start it again after 3 days?

The doctor prescribed the antibiotic for cough. And instructed to take it after 3days.And start first the antitussive, but unfortunately the antibiotic was also given with the antitussive on the first day. is it ok to start again the antibiotic after 3days? And ignore the one dose..

Alternatives to Tetracycline

I am allergic to all "cycline" antibiotics and need an alternate medication for acne. Tetracycline causes swelling and itching. My acne completely goes away when I take amoxicillin, but as soon as I stop taking it, the acne comes right back. Help?????
