Intense spinal pain after passing out

I am taking Wellbutrin XL 300, Zoloft 100 Lamictial 200 and Seroquel 25 I recenty went thru a time where I was not able to take them and went and still am going thru hot flashes, dizziness, sweating, and drowsiness how long after I restart the meds will thease go away
