skin rashes, side effects of anti-convulsive drug

I currently take lamictal for an anti-convulsive drug. One of the side effects is skin rash but am not sure what the rash should look like. Mine are little bumps on my food, but also look like a bug bite.

klonapan

I have been prescribed klonapan for my anxiety and panic attacks. I have experienced waves of attack, which means I would have them for some time then they would disappear. I would like to get off the drug now as I heard it is addictive. I want to try the counseling. Can I stop this drug?
