My mother is in depressed mood most of the day, nearly every day. She lost weight although she is not on diet. She often complains about insomnia. I have taken Effexor for 6 years now and every now and then I try to ween myself off of it and it is the most excruciating thing that I have ever done...I am miserable that I cannot get off of this very expensive drug.....

what do I have to eat in order to lose weight. I take 50 mg of Zoloft. I am about 153, 5'3" not much weight, but for me it is. Can't lose a lb. went to ww and lost 6 ounces, the next week would gain it back, any suggestions, would be most helpful. Thank you so much
