Abnormal menstral cycle

I'm currently on my period but the blood is like gelatin and the cramps are so terrible that even the slightest movement feels like I've been punched. I've also been getting lightheaded and feeling a little nauseous. I can't help but feel something's wrong. Is there or is it all in my head?
