i have been on anti depressants for years and they all made me gain weight.  My friend told me to take Lexapro and you won't gain weight.  When I'm depressed I eat like crazy so hopefully this is true.  Day  3 dry mouth sleepy happy.

good site on wellbutrin and adderal also.trying to find right combo.terrible back pain,vicodins were killing me,quit.doing better with these 2.seems like my docs dont have a clue.prozac.paxil.cymbalta.etc-found this combo on my own,much better.wb prescribed but found adderal on my own.ill ask doc...

this does not answer everything. what is one to do when it's been over a month and they are still having almost debilitating withdrawal symptoms almost unable to function even though they have weaned off appropriately. and it's not even the first time trying to get off this friggin drug??????

I took effexor xr for several years and only recently got off of it. I was wondering if withdrawal from effexor xr can impact menstruation. I am late for my period and I am wondering if that could be the cause.
