I just started taking hydrochlorot for fluid retention in my legs and feet. Today is the second day and i noticed my feet have become white and ashy. Is this a side effect from this drug. I only have one kidney (from birth) and my doctor knows this.

symptoms after taking hydrochlorot

Is fluid retention (weight gain) a symptom of coming off of hydrochlorot? I stopped taking the drug (per my physician) on 10/1/06. By 10/7/06, I was 9 pounds heavier. I have not changed eating habits and am in fact in a Weight Watchers program where I have been steadily losing for some months....
