I had car accident 2 weeks ago and fortunately had just several moderate injuries. My left shoulder was injured and it got purple and painful because of haematomas. I was prescribed carispooral which is muscle relaxant. I don’t like to rest a lot and as my legs were not injured I think that I do not have to. Please tell me something about this medication carispooral if you had similar experience. Thanks.

I was on carisoprodol 2 years ago when had leg injury. I had stomach upset because of carisoprodol but when used it with milk felt much better. It also caused me headaches and drowsiness sometimes, but I had a lot of rest and that wasn’t problem for me to sleep whole day long. It is very good muscle relaxant and very powerful too. It is usually prescribed in such injuries.
