Aspirin & long haul flights

Is it true that taking a 300mg tablet of Aspirin a day helps prevent DVT in long haul flights? If so how long before the flight should they be taken? Is it safe for a 17 year old to taken them as well?

hie my baby has just got a high tempearture of around 37.5 degress celcius,he is coughing and has a runny nose at times, can i give him paracetamol and do i need to go to the gp for the prescription or i can get it over the counter?

Paracetamol and my liver

I have been taking paracetamol for a number of months for arthritic pain in my knee.  Back in October after a knee replacement, blood tests revealed abnormal ALT , my reading was 79 .. I am now afraid to use paracetamol because of this... I can not tolerate morphine, codeine or the derivatives so...
