Severe cramps only at night on depo shot

I've been on the depo shot for a year now, and what Ive been noticing, is that a month before I have to get another shot, I start getting extremely severe cramps... But ONLY at night. I wake up feeling very hot and in pain. I was wondering if this happens to other people as well.

Irregular period after taking Plan B. I had unprotected sex previously

well, February 15 I had unprotected sex. Then 2 days after I went and got a plan b. After 1 week and a half , I started spotting blood badly for about 2weeks on and off. My cycle has nothing came on since January 26. Should I be worried or this just a plan b process?
