Painful mirena threads, This is my 4th mirena coil

I had sex on a Saturday(another partner) and I took plan b on a Wednesday  then had unprotected sex again (with my S/O). haven't gotten my period yet but my boobs are sensitive and ive threw up, could I be pregnant?  or is this normal after taking plan b.
