constant spotting/bleeding with mirena, I had it in order to control my heavy periods

I have had my IUD (mirena) for two and a half years now and the spotting never stops. Thinking of having it removed ASAP... I originally got it to help with heavy periods and now i just have random almost constant bleeding or spotting. thoughts? comments? anyone with something similar?

I started my period and took plan B pill, just to be safe, but my period finished too early

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. A day later my period came on (on time) so within 48 hours I took the plan b pill, just to be safe. But two days later my period went off which wasn't Normal for me. Am I pregnant or the pill Is just doing its job???

I had an abortion 10months ago. I just had Unprotected sex and took a morning after pill. Will the pill be less effective because I've had an abortion already? If not, what are the chances that I might be pregnant?
