I recently began taking yaz and started the pill on the first day of my period. I am always very light in the begining, but I was so light that I didnt have to wear anything at all. I dont know if it is the pill or not. Did anyone experience this???

i have been on the pill for a year and normal i get a little spotting before but this time nothing and im 2 days late! i lately have switched my diet and stopped excersising but could that effect my period that bad? i also take my pills late alot....could i be pregnant?
