So far I've had my paraguard in for about two weeks and having severe swollen tummy, almost like if I was pregnant, like a actual mass is in my uterus. So I'm on the BC Sprintec, my last active pill was on Saturday, I had sex on Sunday (the first day with no active pill) with a condom that didn't break but today I am bleeding just a little bit but it's brown like older blood.. did having sex cause my period to start early?
