Need some reassurance on the birth control pill

I started taking Tri cyclen Lo. On the Sunday after my period started. After being it for 2 weeks and 3 days, never missing a pill.. hubby ejaculated inside me during sex. The leaflet says I'm protected after 7 days of use. So, I'm fine right?
