urination leads to a feeling in my chest similiar to having an orgasm. No UTI or kidneys stone.

Sometimes when I urinate I get the same feeling in my sternum as when I have an orgasam. It only last seconds but is annoying.  I also will burn after I urinated when this happens.  I have been checked for both UTI's and kidney stones.  The doctors think I'm crazy
