My mother has 85 years, and she has problems while she urinate, but the test of urine is clear

my mother is very old she is nearly 85years old she compains burning during urination her urine test is clear nonoe of any infection shows in her test please advice me what to do? i were use all herbal treatment and some applied premarine cream but problem is not solve
