So I have been having not painful urination but somewhat like a UTI feeling... I had squared in front of a mirror to see if my vagina was red and I noticed like a small blister by my urethrea. I have nephrostomy tubes (permanantley).  Had almost a yr now.  I have noticed urine with stringy mucus coming out of a bag and an awful smell.  The urologist says I will always have bacteria in my urine.  I also have white specs in urine.  My question...is this normal?

I sometimes get a burning sensation in my Urethra

I am suffering from a uretha pain as well it comes and goes and only lasts a little while I sometimes get a burning sensation to. I have no other symptoms this is the only issue I have.
