Pain when urinating, and when not urinating, some bleeding.

I am having discomfort when urinating but also all the time i have a burning snsation. I have also found som blood when i have wiped myself. I have been having sex latley, but i am concered at what it could be. Im not sure if its the bladder or genitals and rreally need help
