Bladder, Ureters & Urethral Problems

after i urinate i don't feel that my bladder is empty

Everytime when I urinate (like 10 times or more on day) I have the sensation to urinate again and I spend like 5 minutes again to urinate again but less. I don't like to spend so long time in toilet everytime every hour, almost. I don't have any pain or burning. What can it be?
