Pass Urine Problem

Dear Doctor, Whenever i pass urine, i got a problem of getting wet my pant. Despite all measures taken to shoot properly but anyhow it will shoot in two ways and that one way will make my pant wet. Please advice what is caused of this problem. I am aged 45 and male. Thank you.

Sharp pain/electric to my foot when I urinate

In the past few days I have had an issue when urinating or washing my genital area. When I wash my genitals or try to shake off after peeing it causes an electric/ stabbing pain to my left foot. I have severe back issues but this is new and scary. what is this and is it severe ?? Please help.
