is this to much fluoroscopy

i get at the very least 1 hour to 2 hours of fluoroscopy every 6 weeks do i have anything to worry about? it has been going on for 5 years and will go one for years to come

EXTREME pain with urination

I've UTI's before, I know what they are like. This is similar, but the pain is SO intense It keeps making me vomit. I Do plan on going to the doctors today, they were able to schedule me in in just a few hours. but While I sit here in agony, I was wondering if anyone had ANY idea why.
