Can anyone help me? I had a stroke back in 1996, I've been in recovery for substance abuse for a bit over two years now, and while my recovery is going well, I'm trying to get in touch with other survivors in recovery. (TBI too)

i am diagnosed with anemia and got advice to take vitamin B12 for at least a month

3Weeks ago I was diagnosed with anemia and was adviced to take vitamin b12 for at least a month. There is a bit of progress for I dont usually faint now. What I am feeling is more of severe headache and vomiting. Is it normal to experience? Because Im bothered. Thanks
