Bp says I'm normal but I feel like I'm going to black out. Have had swollen ankles more ache on right leg.

right side of my face tightens up Feel weak. &nassuated Strong headaches and hemifacial spasm . I have peripheral neuropathy and myofialgra. Help any suggestions?
