Numb right hand and colder than left

My right hand has just constantly become numb and is colder that my left; the veins in my right hand are also distinctly smaller. My fingers feel fine but there is a similar feeling in my right thigh. My bp is normal 120/80 right and my left is 117/80 so what's wrong with me?

As I said in the Subject, I'm mainly getting these symptoms when laying down, I don't really get them when I'm up and about getting on with my daily routine. Don't even get them in the gym.
