Hand/Wrist Pulsive pain

I feel weird pulsing in my left arm, it contracts every while, sometimes if i bath with hot water the pulsing goes away but later comes back. Am a worried type of person, any help will b appreciated ! one more thing, it doesnt hurt - its just annoying and it paniks me !

pulsating temples

Hello! Lately I have been experiencing very strong temple pulsating accompanied by severe neck pain. I am a healthy person and I seldom suffer from infection, flues…or any other illnesses, so I don’t know what this could be? Any ideas? Thx!!!!

freezing sensation in left leg calf area

I have this very cold sensation in my left leg calf area. It's been there for about a week. There are really no other symptons with the exception that my leg has given out on me once while walking. Not really in any pain either. I do have high blood pressure.
