Swollen fingers. Caused by sleeping on them?

Recently my four right finger and pinky left finger tips have swelled up. I was wondering if this could be caused from me taking naps on my hands (using my hands as a pillow). When ever I wake up my hand is always asleep so the blood circulation must be getting cut off somewhat.

Need CBC testing help

I would like to have a CBC test done but I am fearful of needles. I am fine with having blood drawn from my finger though (I’ve done some home testing before). Is it possible for me to collect a blood sample and take it into a lab for a CBC test? Is there a doctor that would be willing to help?
