large lump on top of foot

I have a fairly large lump on top of my right foot...it is very painful recently..and hard to walk at times...It has gotten progressively bigger over the last year. I do believe it is on top of my pedal vein..artry. Any suggestions or ideas??

Soft Spots on head

lump on front of ankle
