I have a pulsing pain from my calf to my foot and it keeps coming and going but is only ever in my left leg. I've had it now on and off for about two weeks. Anyone know what this could be?

Neck pain from clinching

I have a very bad neck pain after a really hard clinching work out from muay thai, i have trouble looking down the most. If looking to the sides or looking up the pain is not so intense. I quite worried whether this is a bad injury or not, as seeing doctor would be too expensive.
