having back pains and jaw pains at the same time

i am a woman in my 30's and i am having back pains and jaw pains at the same time... i was wondering if anyone knows what might be wrong. do i need to go to the doctor if it worsens? is this a syptom of being a diabetic? please answer this asap!!! sincerly, thelma
