I have had issues with plantars faciitis for several months. The symptoms have always been the typical soreness in the morning and sometimes while running. Recently, the soreness has turned to all day long and sometimes impossible to walk in the morning. I do feel a knott at the source of pain that I can't seem to "work" out. My question is: when do you know if you should just continue with the stretches and ice or if you should actually see a doctor?
