Sesamoiditis, fracture, or scar tissue

I've been having sesamoid pain for 6+ weeks. I went in after 2 weeks of pain was told it was 90% sure a stress fracture . Was put in a boot and a week later no change, got an MRI. A week later I went in and was told no fracture no sesamoiditis but scar tissue. I got no explaination for the scar...

What is the cause and cure of the Burning Sensation on the left side of my ribs?

I have this disturbing burning sensation on the left side of my ribs. First the doctor thought it was nueuropathy and gave treatment for that but the burning sensation did not go. What could be other causes of this burning sensation and what could be the remedies for it?
